Our focus on the Hoboken Luxury Apartments project was to offer the residents of Hoboken, affordable luxury apartments in Hoboken New Jersey. The Hoboken Lexington Apartments consist of two five- story buildings, occupying 16 lots on Adams Street, 7th Street, and Grand Street. The first occupies the northern half of the 600 block of Adams Street and the second occupies the northern quarter of the 600 block of Grand Street. A 10,000 sq. ft. courtyard is located between the heart of the two buildings.

Architecture: The two buildings have been designed to mesh with existing historic Hoboken Architecture yet maintain a modern edge. The facade is made up of varying color brick. A cornice adorns the top of the building and zinc bay windows are a major exterior feature.

The Lexington features 40 two-bedroom and 10 one-bedroom apartments as well as a 10,000 square foot common garden. Each residence includes deluxe kitchens with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, Brazilian cherry hardwood floors and oversized washers and dryers. The buildings offer the features, services, amenities and attention to detail of a high-end condo in a rental building, according to Mr. Dell' Aquilla.

 

The Lexington's two-bedroom residences range in space from 1050 to 1200 sq. ft. and include dining areas. The one-bedroom residences are 700 to 800 sq. ft.
